1. How does sleep effect your learning?
2. How much sleep do you get each night? Do you think this is enough? Do you feel tired in the morning?
3. Will you change what you do after reading about sleep and learning? Why or why not?
1)sleep effect your learning when you sleep because when you sleep at the night your brain still get working and it also organized every single things that's you practicing at all.
2)I being sleep for 7 hours every weeks but in the weekends I sleep for 10 hours sometimes,I thinks it not enough because we need more than 7 hours to sleep to get your brain better at learn, but sometimes i feel so tired in the mornings but not at all.
3)I would changes that because now I knew what's make me so tired in the classes sometimes and I was though that will be the best way to keep myself more comfortable and learn more english to improve my grade.
