FINAL REFLECTION

i think energy drinks are basically drinks that are made up of large doses of caffeine.

 My argument is to stop drink a lot caffeine an one day because i been presented my little project in my class yesterday,and saw how caffeine can make you've been crazy so time,but eventually one thing i really want to opposing people who  drink energy drink,to control themself and look over the battle to see how much the caffeine and the sugar it has in it,because the monster and the starbucks espresso have a lot caffeine however the starbucks haas more caffeine then any drink energy in te entire world. 

 Inside the energy drink caffeine has been shown to cause anxiety, nervousness, tremors and shakes, dehydration, headaches, rapid hard rate, difficulty breathing, increased blood pressure, irritability, and lack of sleep. It stimulates your central nervous system, making it difficult to sleep for many people.Some caffeine is okay — in fact, research shows that caffeine, in much smaller doses than what is typically found in an energy drink, will help mental alertness and energy. 

i did not drink any energy drink because i often get headaches when i drink coffee  ,and i'd been sick after that and even cannot sleep that night.
